Before Reflex Lab, I built Reflex Store AI, the first AI-native e-commerce platform for electronics in the Russian-speaking market. It is still running today. Not a case study I point to from the sidelines, a business I operate, with the same architecture I now build for clients.
Most agencies sell AI-native as a chatbot bolted onto an old product. I have run the alternative: AI as core product logic, connected across every system a business actually needs.
Reflex Lab exists because founders need a technical partner who has actually operated an AI-native business, not just pitched one.
